INGREDIENTS
- 1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup crushed potato chips (I use Lays)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash brows with the butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, cheddar cheese, salt, garlic and pepper. Place mixture in a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle crushed potato chips over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, serve, and enjoy! :)
